By placing an order through our store, you accept the terms detailed below.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed and prepared within a period of 1 to 3 business days following payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed over the weekend or on official public holidays will be processed starting from the next business day.

  • In the event of a temporary lack of stock or exceptional incidents during the preparation of the package, the customer will be notified immediately via the email address provided during the purchase.

Shipping Methods, Zones, and Delivery Times

  • We ship exclusively to Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands).

  • Available methods: Standard Shipping with an estimated delivery time of 5 to 12 business days from the moment the package leaves our facilities.

  • The indicated timeframes are average estimates and may vary occasionally due to reasons beyond Belaroa's control (such as delays in the carrier's logistical operations, extreme weather conditions, or high-demand periods like Black Friday or Christmas).

Shipping Costs

  • We offer completely free standard shipping for all orders placed in our online store destined for the peninsula. The final price you see at checkout is the definitive price.

Order Tracking

  • Once your package is dispatched and handed over to the carrier, you will receive an automated confirmation email that will include your tracking number and a direct link to monitor the status of your shipment in real time.

  • If you do not receive this email after the maximum processing time has passed, please check your spam folder or contact us at sales@belaroa.com.

Deliveries and Addresses

  • It is the sole responsibility of the customer to provide a complete, clear, and correct delivery address.

  • If the package is returned to our facilities due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the user, or due to the impossibility of delivery after the carrier's attempts, any subsequent reshipment will be subject to the customer covering the new shipping costs generated.

  • Once the order is in transit and in the hands of the courier company, it is not possible to directly modify the delivery address details.

International Shipping and Customs

  • No shipments are made outside the national territory of Spain. Since these are national shipments, the management of tariffs, customs, or additional import taxes does not apply to the end customer.

Delayed Packages or Transit Incidents

  • If you detect an unusual delay in delivery or notice that the tracking code does not progress within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us indicating your order number so that we can open a formal tracing claim with the logistics operator.

  • In accordance with European consumer regulations, Belaroa is responsible for the integrity of the product during transit until its physical delivery. In the event of a total loss confirmed by the carrier, we will proceed to resend a new item at no cost to you.

  • To process incidents for damage caused during transport, it is mandatory that you contact us by email providing the order number and attaching clear photographs of the damaged packaging and the shipping label within a maximum period of 24/48 hours from receipt.

Receipt and Verification

  • We highly recommend inspecting the external condition of the package at the exact moment of delivery by the courier.

  • If you notice severe visible damage to the packaging or suspect that it has been tampered with, please state this in writing on the carrier's signature delivery note and document the incident with photographs before opening it.

Order Cancellation

  • You may request the cancellation of your order and a full refund as long as it has not been handed over to the transport company.

  • If the package has already been dispatched and is in transit, it cannot be canceled directly; the customer must wait to receive the merchandise and proceed with its return following the steps outlined in the Refund Policy.

Modifications to this Policy

  • Belaroa reserves the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time to adapt it to logistical or legal developments. Updates will take effect immediately from the moment of their publication on the website belaroa.com.
