Refund policy
Here is the English translation of the Refund and Withdrawal Policy:
BELAROA REFUND AND WITHDRAWAL POLICY
In accordance with current European Union legislation and Spanish consumer protection regulations, the customer has a right of withdrawal of 14 calendar days from the receipt of the product to return their purchase without needing to justify the reason, subject to the hygiene conditions detailed below.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the exact same condition that you received it: completely brand new, unused, unpowered, with its tags intact, and strictly in its original sealed packaging. You will also need to present the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate this process, you must contact us beforehand at sales@belaroa.com. Authorized returns must be sent to the following registered address: Carrer Verge del Pilar 4, Molins de Rei, 08750, Barcelona, Spain.
If your return is accepted after the relevant inspection, we will provide you with the shipping instructions. No item returned without prior request to open the process will be accepted. Except in cases of a manufacturing defect or original flaw, the shipping costs associated with the return will be borne entirely by the buyer.

Damages, Defects, and Incidents
Please inspect your package at the time of delivery. Contact us immediately via our email if the item shows transit damage, manufacturing defects, or if you have received the incorrect model, providing photo or video evidence so we can evaluate the issue and process a replacement at no cost to you.
Return Exceptions for Health and Hygiene Reasons
In accordance with Article 103.e of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers, the right of withdrawal or return shall not apply to goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if they have been unsealed or used after delivery. Since this is a facial and eye massager that comes into direct contact with the skin, returns will NOT be accepted for products whose warranty seals, protective plastics, or original packaging have been opened or tampered with, or if the device shows any sign of use. Returns for gift cards are also not accepted.
Product Exchanges
The most efficient way to proceed is to process the return of the original item under the conditions of this document and, once the package arrives at our facilities and the refund is approved, make a separate, new purchase for the desired model.
Refunds
Once the merchandise is received and inspected at our facilities, we will notify you by email whether the return has been approved or rejected based on compliance with the hygiene conditions. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within a maximum of 10 business days. Please keep in mind that banking institutions or credit card issuers may take a few additional days to reflect the balance in your account.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we confirmed the approval of your refund and you have not received it, please contact us immediately at sales@belaroa.com.
